Think Tank: ECOLOGICAL PRACTICES IN THE FIELD OF INTERNATIONAL ART
A discussion session about the challenges and solutions linked to the ecological practices of international art. At the end of the session participants make a commitment to follow the chosen sustainability actions.
What steps are needed on the way to sustainable practices in the field of art? What is ecological sustainability in curation, residencies or artistic productions? What are the biggest challenges? What could the art community do together to solve them? What good practices and networks already exist? How to create and exchange information and best practices?
These and other questions will be discussed in this meeting aimed at a professional audience.
The discussion session is a part of the Festivals’ Path project co-curated and co-organised by ANTI festival from Finland and Homo Novus International Festival of Contemporary Theatre from Latvia. The project aims to create an ecologically sustainable model for cultural tourism and international art productions in the festival context.
