The history, present, and future of the ANTI Festival are explored in a podcast series marking the festival’s anniversary year. Some of the material for the podcast episodes will be recorded live during the festival at discussion events, where we get to meet this year’s festival artists!
What kind of art scene did these professionals enter as young artists back in history? How has the art scene changed, and how has their own practice changed along with it? Is there even such a thing as a common “art scene”?
ANTI has played its part in building a strong brand for Finnish live art and site-specific art. How does this brand fit into the international scene and relate to artists coming from different artistic traditions?
