Join the ANTI team

We are looking for voluntary festival assistants to help us with the preparations and implementation of ANTI Festival. There are plenty of work tasks from the 6th to 20th of September and especially during the festival from the 13th to 18th of September 2022.

We need helping hands for a variety of activities.

Your tasks can include

guiding audience at the event venues
transporting artists and equipment
carrying and setting up equipment
working at the festival centre (guiding visitors, maintaining the centre)
serving as artists’ personal assistants, audience guides or stewards

You can volunteer for one day or several days. Please let us know about the days you are available between the 6th and 20th of September and which tasks particularly interest you. We can work out the best tasks and schedules for you!

We offer our volunteers a vantage point for high-quality contemporary art and highly valuable experience in working in an international operating environment. We provide you with an opportunity to participate in organising a festival as part of our production team, network with professionals and see the whole arch of the event.

The work is carried out around Kuopio at diverse venues. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer accommodation or cover travel expenses for those coming from outside Kuopio.
